Kevin J. Musiakiewicz
Kevin J. Musiakiewicz, Of Counsel to the firm, graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. After earning his law degree, Kevin was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Edward M. Oles, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Following his clerkship, Kevin became associated with the firm Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas in New Brunswick, where he concentrated his practice in the defense of professional malpractice matters. He then joined the franchise litigation department of Bressler, Amery & Ross, PC in Morristown. During his tenure with Bressler, Kevin represented automobile dealers throughout the country in disputes with auto manufacturers, and coordinated a series of class action suits challenging manufacturer mandates and incentives.
In 2001, Kevin joined the Princeton office of Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, where he represented a host of public and private clients in an extensive range of civil and regulatory matters. His experience included the representation of the nation's largest insurers in connection with licensing, compliance, rate filings and the defense of bad-faith and coverage-based claims, the representation of the second-larges solid waste disposal company in litigation and transaction al matters, and the defense of class action suits against state and municipal entities.
Kevin now focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business and transactional matters, consumer fraud, class actions litigation and special education law.
Kevin is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, as well as the Unites States District Court of New Jersey. Kevin is a member of the New Jersey and Ocean County Bar Associations.
