Jared Walsh is Of Counsel to Witt Law. Jared focuses on providing corporate and transactional advice to entrepreneurs, early and mid stage startups, and middle market and large companies across a wide variety of sectors including e-commerce, information technology, marketing, manufacturing, real estate investment and construction, medical devices, and wine.

Prior to Witt Law, Jared was a public interest attorney litigating immigration, abduction, and civil commitment matters in state and federal courts, and prior to that he worked as a financial analyst for an institutional asset manager. Jared took his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2011, where he was co-editor-in-chief of the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. He took a B.A. (summa cum laude) in History and English from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. In the past Jared has worked as a summer associate for the office of the Public Defender in Newark, New Jersey; a field ecologist in Guanacaste, Costa Rica; and an assistant curator at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia. Jared has conversational knowledge of Russian, French, and Spanish.
